Where Children Flourish
Church of the King Early Learning Center is licensed by the State of Louisiana, Department of Education. The center serves children 6 weeks through 5 years in age, and is open to everyone. As an Early Learning Center in Louisiana, we offer programs and a comprehensive curriculum that promotes child development and learning. We guarantee a safe and nurturing environment where your little one can grow both in academics and in Faith.

Passionate Teachers
Our teachers present lessons in such a way that each student can navigate learning most effectively. Our students get to learn the way they do best and teachers get to have fun in the process! All Teachers Have: - CPR Certification - Healthy and Safety Certification - 15+ hours of continuing eduction each year.
Nurturing Environment
Our certified teachers and staff work to ensure that each child who walks (or carried) through the door is given the tools and environment needed to develop emotionally, cognitively, socially, and physically.

Infant
Our infant program is catered to infants 6 weeks to 12 months and is designed around each babies’ individual schedules. Our infant teachers are trained to not only love and care for each child but to also encourage activity that promotes age appropriate developmental growth.
What to bring
To help ensure your little one’s comfort all day, we encourage parents to pre-prepare enough bottles for a day’s use, when appropriate a small snack, breakfast and/or lunch, at least 6 diapers per day, and at least 2 changes of clothes per day.

Toddler
Our toddler teachers are trained to not only love and care for each child but to also encourage play and activities that promote developmental growth, independence, enhance speech, and develop problem-solving skills. Teachers will also begin to model the foundational tools of a Christ follower, such as; an introduction to the Gospel, prayer, fruits of the spirit, identity and so much more.
What to bring
To help ensure your littles one’s comfort all day we ask parents to dress children in “play-friendly” clothes and tennis shoes, to bring a book bag that can hold a standard folder with a leak proof water bottle, a lunch box with a lunch that can be heated in 30 seconds or less, when necessary up to 6 diapers and or velcro pull ups, a daily morning snack, and a nap mat for resting.

Preschool
Our Preschool teachers are trained to not only love and care for each child but to provide hands-on learning opportunities to guide our students through our program and leave them ready for kindergarten. Teachers will model the foundational tools of a Christ follower, such as; sharing the Gospel, prayer, fruits of the spirit, identity and so much more.
